No issues, easy install. I doubt the corrosion proof quality of the product. I coated it in a protective grease as I use the boat in salt water. I use it with a Mercuriser 3.0L 181. For the price not a bad buy, especially if used in fresh water. Okay if you protect it in salt water.

This part was properly packaged and shipped.
This starter is smaller than the original Delco Starter that came on my 4.3 liter Cobradrive. However it starts the motor better than the 25 year old original. I believe it is because the new permenant magnet motor on the starter draws less current than the Delco and thereby leaves more current for the ignition system. Very efficient.
